Advanced User Management

Click on the Advanced User Management button to open a panel allowing management of multiple users at a time. When first opened third party users are shown, but regular users or both types can also be shown. For all users, their last logon is shown and their password expiration date, if site is configured for password expiration. Third party users have their expiration date shown if site is configured for third party expiration. Can filter users with expiration dates in a certain range by entering start and end dates. Can also filter by zone and proposal. If a proposal is selected for filtering, the date the users were granted access to the proposal and the admin who granted them access will be shown. The requestor column shows the requestor of the last user account request approved for the user in the selected proposal.

Click on a column header to sort by any column. Select one or more users and select new expiration date, then click on Apply to set for all. Select one or more users and click on Remove User to delete, but will be prompted for password. Only system admin can delete users this way. Can also send welcome message to one or more users by selecting them and clicking on Send Welcome. If automatic password generation is enabled, can reset one or more users passwords by selecting the user(s) and clicking on Reset Password. Admins and Zone Super Admins, if allowed to edit users in the current zone, can reset any user's password except for the System Admin and other Zone Super Admins.

The Advanced User Management panel can also be accessed from any panel by going to the Administrator menu at the top, selecting Users, and then Advanced User Management.
